Our hosting plan provides a fully set up Mautic environment, so you can start your email marketing without any hassle. Here’s what you get:

Can I migrate to another service or self-host Mautic?
Yes! All our solutions come with no vendor lock-in, meaning you’re free to leave our hosting at any time. If you’re considering leaving, we’d be sad to see you go, and we’d love to understand why – but of course, it’s completely up to you.
When you decide to migrate, we will provide you with your Droplet and the Docker Compose repository so you can continue using Mautic elsewhere.
Please note that we require at least 2 weeks’ notice before cancellation to ensure a smooth transition. If you’re already in the process of leaving, please contact our support team.
How does support work?
After subscribing to our service, you will be assigned a dedicated support contact – a real person, not AI or a bot. This person will assist you with any questions and respond within 24 hours.
If your issue requires technical intervention, it will be escalated to our development team, who will work on a solution as quickly as possible.
Are there any limitations?
There are no limitations on contacts, automations, segmentation, points, or any other native Mautic features. You get the full Mautic experience without restrictions.
However, for email sending, there is a limit of 5,000 emails per month. If you need to send more, please contact our team, and we’ll provide a custom plan tailored to your needs.
How does email delivery work?
Mautic doesn’t send emails directly – it requires an SMTP provider. However, you don’t need to worry about setup. Your instance will come pre-configured with our partner provider, so you can start sending email campaigns right away.
Please note that sending spam or engaging in any illegal activity violates our Terms of Service. If such actions are detected, we reserve the right to suspend email delivery.
Can I test the service before purchasing?
