How to easily add Crafting.email themes to Mautic

Crafting.email offers a variety of free MJML themes for your email marketing needs. These themes are meticulously crafted and designed to enhance the effectiveness of your campaigns. Installing Crafting.email Themes in Mautic

  1. Choose your theme: Browse the templates page and select the email theme that suits your project.

  2. Preview it: Make sure to preview the theme to ensure it fits your objectives and requirements.

  3. Download: Click on the Download button.

  4. Access the GitHub repository: After being redirected to the theme’s GitHub repository, click on the green “Code” button and select the “Download ZIP” option.

  5. Organize the folder: Before uploading the ZIP file directly to Mautic, you’ll need to fix the folder structure. Extract the files from the downloaded ZIP.

  6. Recompress the files: Navigate to the folder where the files are located. Select all the files and compress them into a new ZIP file. Name this file after the theme.

  7. Upload to Mautic: Open Mautic, go to Settings, and then to Themes.
  8. Install the theme: At the top of the Themes page, you’ll find a button to upload your theme. Upload the ZIP file you created and click Install.

  10. Create and preview an email: Create a new email in Mautic, select your new theme in the GrapeJS builder, edit the text if needed, save, close, and preview your email to ensure everything is working correctly.

Important Notes

  • The Mautic GrapeJS Builder doesn’t always give an accurate preview of the theme. Fonts and spacing might appear incorrect in the builder, but they will display correctly in the preview.
