Challenge
Working with one of the most recognised platforms in the Czech Republic’s online casino space is no small task, and that’s exactly why we accepted the challenge.
Thanks to the consistent quality of our work, this collaboration has evolved into an ongoing partnership. To this day, we continue to deliver recurring Mautic services for this valued client.
Objective
The client aimed to completely overhaul their digital communication to match the visual identity of their current website. The main goals included:
– Developing email templates using RSS feeds and dynamic content based on user preferences for Mautic.
– Designing a preference center visually aligned with the site.
– Creating and developing customised templates for forms and promotional pop-ups.
Outcome
We exceeded the client’s expectations. The emails we designed and implemented not only preserved brand consistency, but also introduced more effective and goal-oriented communication strategies.
